Mexican president says won’t attend U.S.-hosted Americas Summit -Breaking

MEXICO CITY, (Reuters) – Mexican President Andres Manuel Obrador announced Monday that he will not attend the U.S.-hosted Summit of the Americas this week in Los Angeles because it was not open to all of the countries of the region.

Lopez Obrador claimed that Marcelo Embrard, the Foreign Minister, would take his place.
