Shiba Inu Listed by Europe’s Biggest Crypto Exchange at the Eleventh Hour

Bitstamp is ending the long wait for its Shib Army, which has been operating in Europe since 2011 and added this dog-themed cryptocurrency.

Shiba Inu has a vibrant community with a powerful voice

According to their official blog, Europe’s largest cryptocurrency exchange said that although Shiba Inu (SHIB), might not seem as serious than other top-tier cryptocurrencies, it still has the largest community. As cryptocurrencies continue to gain popularity, it is obvious that this community will only grow.

Dog lovers, the art community, and even Ethereum’s (ETH) founder Vitalik Buterin all call the Shib Army home, as is vividly explained in SHIB’s ‘Woof‘ paper.

Bitstamp has made these trading pairs on their platform for now:

SHIB will be available for trade in “limit-only” and “post only” modes. A more complete list of trading options and card purchases will become available once enough liquidity is available to permit the entire range of trades to be made.

Bitstamp’s Perspective Change

Last year, the former CEO of Bitstamp Julian Sawyer wasn’t keen on listing another well-known dog-themed cryptocurrency – (DOGE). Sawyer, who refused to list DOGE on Bitstamp’s platform, cited technical difficulties as the reason he also denied a listing for Shiba Inu Shiba Inu (SHIB) but left the company over a month earlier.

JB Graftieaux became the global CEO after he was removed from the European headquarters. It seems that this was a positive start for JB Graftieaux, the new global CEO. The promise of listing Shiba inu (SHIB), has been fulfilled.

Shiba Inu Price (SHIB), Still in Red

Although this is good news, Shiba Inu, (SHIB), trades at $0.00001058 as of today’s writing. That represents a serious decrease of 5.1% and 13.2% respectively over the previous week. The gains in Shiba Inu, (SHIB), are still 24%, suggesting that long-term investing in the meme-coin may be a good idea.
