Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ) shares fell more than 6 percent after Illumina, Inc. announced that CFO Sam Samad would be leaving the company July 8th 2022 after having served in the same role for over five years.
Quest Diagnostics, NYSE: Mr. Samad will be leaving to become Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Quest Diagnostics.
Joydeep Goswami, the company’s Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, will also serve as an interim CFO until a permanent CFO is appointed.
