Yellen says U.S. recession unlikely, but no drop in gasoline prices soon -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. Treasury Secret Janet Yellen indicated on Thursday that while she believes the U.S. economy will not experience a slump, gasoline prices won’t fall soon.

“I don’t believe we will experience a recession. The consumer spending is extremely strong. Solid investment spending. “I expect growth will slow down,” she said at the New York Times Dealbook event.
