© Reuters. Germany stock markets mixed at the close of trade. DAX down 0.34%Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
The index lost 0.3% at Frankfurt’s close, but gained 0.26%. Meanwhile, the index rose 0.20%.
Merck KGaA was the best performer of the session, rising 2.02% or 3.70 to trade at 187.10. at the close. In the meantime, Siemens Energy AG (DE:), added 1.73%, or 0.39 points, to reach 22.93 Delivery Hero AG Late trade saw a 1.58% increase in the DE: or 1.70 point to 109.35
MTU Aero Engines NA O.N. was the worst performer of the session. (DE:) fell 3.0%, or 5.90 points, to trade at 190.82. Bayer AG NA (DE) fell 2.01%, or 0.98 point to finish at 47.70. Deutsche Telekom AG Na was down 2.00% (or 0.335 to 16.396).
Cancom SE O.N. and Cancom SE O.N. were the MDAX’s top-performing companies. (DE:), which increased 4.30% at 51.700 and Bechtle AG, which rose 4.24% to 55.620. Fuchs Petrolub AG VZO Pref, DE: saw a gain of 3.22% and closed at 40.070.
Prosiebensat 1 Media AG, (DE:), which fell 6.08% to 14.5300 late trade in the worst performing stocks and Deutsche Lufthansa AG(DE:), which dropped 2.25% to settle on 5.812 were amongst the worst performers. Hypoport AG (DE) which dropped 1.77% at 500.500 after the closing.
Cancom SE O.N. and Cancom SE O.N. were the top performers in the TecDAX. (DE:), which rose 4.30% at 51.700 and Bechtle AG, which was up 4.2% to settle at 55.620 Nordex SE O.N. SE O.N.
Deutsche Telekom AG Na, (DE:), which fell 2.00% to 16.396 late trade in the closing session and Infineon Technology AG NA O.N. were the worst performers. (DE:) which lost 1.09% to settle at 35.350 and S&T AG (DE:) which was down 1.03% to 21.22 at the close.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 362 to 336, while 84 ended the same.

For December delivery, Gold Futures rose 0.29% to $1760.75 or 5.05 ounces. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which rose 0.12% to reach $80.62/barrel in November, and the December Brent crude oil contract, which fell 0.21 or 0.25 to trade at $83.44/barrel.
EUR/USD dropped 0.10% from 1.1539 to 1.1539 and EUR/GBP declined 0.13% to 0.8484.
