Mexico, U.S. start consultations over auto content rules in trade pact By Reuters

MEXICO CITY (Reuters), Mexico and America have begun the process of requesting formal consults about rules for origin in auto industry within the USMCA Trade Pact. Tatiana Clouthier from Mexico’s Economy Ministry stated Tuesday.

Mexico asked for formal consultations with the United States on August 23rd regarding tougher content regulations in autos.
