WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – Former President of the United States Bill Clinton was admitted to a hospital in California on Tuesday for a blood infection. CNN reports that this happened on Thursday.

CNN claimed that Clinton was 75 and in intensive care. This was primarily because Clinton wanted to keep his privacy. According to doctors at University of California Irvine Medical Center (California), Clinton was not breathing machines.

CNN reported that his condition was not due to COVID-19 or previous heart issues.
