French group Bollore considering selling African logistics divisions -Le Monde By Reuters

PARIS (Reuters) –French conglomerate Bollore is being sold by Vincent Bollore’s family.
An investment bank Morgan Stanley Le Monde reported that (NYSE 🙂 had been employed to determine the interest in potential buyers.
Bollore declined to comment, as did Morgan Stanley.
Le Monde stated that CMA CGM (French shipping company) and Maersk (Danish group) are interested in the assets.
Bollore’s African logistic activities, according to the daily, could fetch between 2 and 3 billion Euros ($2.3 billion), respectively.
Bollore shares were up 2.6% by 0916 GMT
($1 = 0.8610 euros)
