Exclusive-U.S. to partly lift international travel curbs from Nov. 8

(Reuters) – The White House announced Friday that it would lift restrictions on travel for foreign citizens who have been fully vaccinated from over 30 countries. This will take effect Nov. 8 at both land and air borders.

To combat the COVID-19 pandemic, curbs have been placed on all non-essential travellers since March 2020.

September 20th, the White House stated that USA would remove restrictions from air travel to 33 countries (including China, India, Brazil) in order to allow them to fly freely between these regions. This announcement was made by the White House on September 20, 2010. The exact date was not disclosed by the White House.
