(Reuters) – On Monday, Stellantis NV and LG Energy Solution announced that they had entered into an agreement to jointly produce North America’s battery cells and module production.
Companies stated that the plant will be operational by the end of the first quarter in 2024. The company aims to achieve a 40-gigawatt hour annual capacity.
