Lynas rare earths Ltd (ASX) was the worst performer of the session, falling 8.06% (0.600 points) to close at 6.840. Aurizon Holdings Ltd (ASX) fell 6.17%, or 0.240 points, to reach 3.650. Mineral Resources Ltd was at 39.38.
