Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.48% -Breaking

Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The added 0.4% was recorded at the Tel Aviv close, a record high.

These were the best performers of the session ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd. (TASE): traded at 2770 after the close, up 3.09% or an 83 point increase. In the meantime Energix (TASE) gained 2.74% (39 points) to close at 1460. Tower Semiconductor Ltd. was up 2.74% (273 points) to 10250 late trade.

Liveperson (TASE) was the worst performer of the session, falling 1.53% or about 270 points and trading at 17430 by the end. Azrieli Group The TASE: for Ltd dropped 1.07% (320 points) to finish at 29630. Leumi was also down 0.80% (24 points) to 2973.

Stocks that are rising outnumbered those in decline on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange were 277 to 209 while 37 ended unaffected.

The shares of ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd. (TASE) rose to new 5-year highs.

December crude oil was 0.12% higher or 0.10 at $83.86 per barrel. Brent oil rose 0.41 percent or 0.45 to $85.05 per barrel in commodity trading. The December Gold Futures contract gained 0.69%, or 12.40, to $1808.70 an ounce.

The USD/ILS ratio was 0.14 to 3.2010. However, the EUR/ILS ratio fell by 0.58% or 3.7154.

At 93.832, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.22%.
