Apple likely to face DOJ Antitrust suit- The Information -Breaking

(Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ), two-year-old antitrust investigation of Apple Inc.

Lawyers for the DOJ have asked Apple, its customers and competitors questions about how the company maintains its strict control over the iPhone, the report theinformation.com/articles/apple-very-likely-to-face-doj-antitrust-suit said, citing two people with knowledge of the investigation.

According to the report, the investigation “is very likely to lead to litigation,” though details are still being sorted out.

Reuters asked Apple and DOJ to comment but did not receive any response.
