Lilly third quarter profit falls 8% on higher costs -Breaking

(Reuters) – Eli Lilly (NYSE 🙂 and Co reported Tuesday a 8% drop in profit for the third quarter, attributed to higher development and research costs.

From $1.21billion or $1.33 per shares a year ago, net income dropped to $1.11billion or $1.22 per stock in the third quarter.
