Investing.com – France stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Paris closed with the index falling 0.19% and the Paris closing saw the decline of 0.11%.

Schneider Electric SE (PA) was the best performer of the session, rising 2.41% or 3.44 point to close at 146.28. Meanwhile, Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin SCA (PA) gained 1.88%, or 2.50 points, to reach 135.40. Engie SA(PA:), was up 1.12% (or 0.14 points) to 12.33 late trade.

They were also the worst performers of the session. Worldline SA (PA:), that fell 15.93% (10.42 points) to trade at 55.00 by the close. EssilorLuxottica SA(PA:) fell 1.58% or 2.72 to finish at 169.92 Hermes International SCA (PA 🙂 dropped 1.07% to 1335.00

EUR/USD rose 0.4% to 1.1600 while EUR/GBP rose 0.2% to 0.8443.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.1% at 93.843.
