Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index falling 0.33% and the market declining 0.27%. The other index was down 0.87%.

Puma SE, (DE:) was the best performer of the session at the close. It rose 3.52% (3.61 points), to trade at 106.03. Meanwhile, Fresenius SE & Co KGAA O.N. (DE): Added 1.88% (0.750 points) to finish at 40.635 Symrise AG Inh. O.N. O.N.

They were also the session’s worst performers Deutsche Bank AG NA O.N. (DE): The close was at 11.085, down 6.89% or 0.8220 points. HelloFresh SE Deutsche Wohnen AG, (DE:), fell by 4.28% (or 3.40) to finish at 76.00. Deutsche Wohnen AG(DE:) dropped 3.18% (or 1.640) to 49.900.

The top performers on the MDAX were K&S AG (DE:) which rose 6.74% to 14.260, United Internet AG NA, DE: which increased 2.76% to reach 32.380 Aixtron SE (DE:), which gained 1.72%, to close at 20.675.

They were among the most disappointing. Befesa SA (DE:), which fell 3.17% to 67.3 in late trade. Evotec AG O.N. O.N. TeamViewer AG (DE:), which fell 3.05% to 12.87 at closing

They were among the most disappointing. Morphosys AG O.N. Evotec AG O.N. (DE) lost 3.05%, to settle at 41.109 and TeamViewer AG(DE:), which dropped 3.05% up to 12.87 at close.
