U.S. CDC panel to discuss COVID-19 shots for younger kids on Nov. 2 -Breaking

(Reuters) – The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has established an advisory panel to review the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccinations for children between the ages of 5 and 11.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s advisory committee voted unanimously to authorize the regulator. Pfizer (NYSE:) BioNTech’s vaccine

This shot was approved for all ages between 12 and 15 years since May. It was then cleared for 16-year-olds and over in December 2013.
