IronNet Stock Rises After Joining Microsoft Intelligent Security Association -Breaking

Investing.com — Ironnet Inc (NYSE:) stock rallied over 57% Wednesday after informing investors that it has joined the Microsoft (NASDAQ:) Intelligent Security Association (MISA), while social media chatter talked up a potential short squeeze.
MISA, a nom-only association for independent software vendors and managed service providers of security services that has integrated their solutions against cyberattacks.
Keith Alexander, IronNet’s Co-CEO and Founder, stated, “As we continue see an increase of malicious cyberattacks against the public and private sector, we are happy to join the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association for how we defend together.”
IronNet and Microsoft Azure Sentinel will be integrated to create the integration. This integration provides cloud protection and IronNet threat detection integration with Microsoft 365.
Many posts made on social media about a short squeeze for the stock have appeared since the news was announced. This helped to increase its share price.
