(Reuters) – Kyrsten, a Democratic Centrist Senator and Nancy Pelosi the U.S House of Representatives Speaker spoke at the weekend about prescription drug prices. CNN reported this Monday.

(NYSE: Progressive) Senator Bernie Sanders announced on Sunday that he worked to include a clause to lower the price of prescription drugs in the $1.75 Trillion social spending bill. This provision is currently pending in Congress and will be voted on by the House.

In the bill’s social spending section, there was no proposal to let the Medicare plan for senior citizens in the United States negotiate lower prescription drug prices.
