Lyft The (NASDAQ) stock gained 14% as the ride-hailing service reported an adjusted profit for the third quarter. It also laid out a recovery strategy based on cost cutting and the return to riders and drivers. In sympathy, Rival Uber (NYSE:) shares rose 6.7%

T-Mobile USThe stock of (NASDAQ:) rose 3.2% following the acquisition by wireless carrier 5G customers. This boosted its third quarter earnings. The company also increased its $300 million estimate of synergies it could achieve with Sprint.

MondelezStock rose 1.9% in NASDAQ after snack maker increased its annual sales forecast due to rising demand.

Bed Bath & Beyond(NASDAQ:) Stock soared more than half a percent after the struggling chain of retail merchandise stores in domestic markets and former meme-favorite announced several steps to restructure its business model.

CaesarsThe stock of (NASDAQ:) fell 3.4% following disappointing quarter earnings by the casino giant. This was due to a decline in digital revenue.

Norwegian Cruise LineThe stock of (NYSE:) fell 2.8% following a larger-than-expected quarter loss by the cruise operator. It expects positive cash flows in its first quarter 2022, and it anticipates being profitable in the second-half of 2020.
