France stocks higher at close of trade; CAC 40 up 0.33% -Breaking

Investing.com – France stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The index gained 0.17% and the Paris stock market rose by 0.33% at the closing.

These were the best performers of the session Worldline SA (PA:), rose 3.85% to 51.63, or 1.91 point at the close. WFD Unibail Rodamco NV – (AS:), which gained 2.27%, or 1.44 points, to close at 64.85. Dassault Systemes SE – (PA:), was up 2.12% (or 1.10 points) to 53.01 late trade.

Airbus Group SE(PA:) was the worst performer of the session, falling 1.98% (or 2.18 point), to close at 101.212. TotalEnergies SE, (PA) lost 0.74 point to 42.94. Eurofins Scientific SE fell 1.56% to 103.16.

Worldline SA (PA) rose 3.85% to 51.63 and CGG SA(PA:), which rose 2.49%, settled at 0.649. Maisons du Monde SAS (PA:), which gained 2.63% and closed at 19.92

These were the worst performers Neoen SA (PA :), which fell 6.92% at 37.38 in late trading, DBV Technologies(PA 🙂 that lost 6.93% at 5.29 was the winner. Mcphy Energy (PA:), which fell 5.36% to 22,.60 by the end.

The Paris Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing by 344 to 257 and 80 ending unchanged.

Dassault Systemes SE’s shares rose to record highs (PA): rising 2.12% to 53.01.

The implied volatility index of CAC 40 options was at 0% to 18.96, a 6-month high.

The December delivery of Gold Futures was lower by 1.43%, or 25.55, to $1763.85 per troy ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil fell by 3.56%, or 2.99, to $80.92 per barrel. The January Brent oil contract dropped 3.09%, or 2.62, to trade at $82.10 per barrel.

EUR/USD rose 0.07%, to 1.1585; EUR/GBP dropped 0.22% at 0.8482.

At 94.052, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.03%.
