WASHINGTON (Reuters] – Long lines are expected on Monday, as President Obama lifts travel restrictions for foreigners who have been fully vaccinated. A senior official spoke to Reuters on Friday.

According to the Biden administration, “pent-up travel demand” is expected, which will mean a longer wait time for travelers. The official added that the administration had increased staffing levels to pre-pandemic levels and long lines were possible in the first days after pent up demand.
