At least 8 dead and many injured at Texas music festival

(Reuters] – According to authorities, at least eight people were killed and many more injured on Friday’s Astroworld music festival opening night.

By midnight Saturday, it was not yet clear what exactly had happened, how many people were hurt or how the injuries occurred, an ABC News affiliate said https://abc13.co/3mRz3QY.

Houston Fire Department tweeted earlier that they were on the scene at NRG Park after being notified of numerous civilian injuries.
