Japan LDP, Komeito agree to offer vouchers, cash to youth

The two sides also reached an agreement on a 50,000 yen cash payment to 18-year-old children. However, they did not agree on whether or not to establish an annual income limit. Jiji stated that the meeting was a gathering of executive.
