SolFlare announces Solflare Mobile as the first fully featured Solana Native Mobile Digital Wallet

SolFlare is the wallet that was built to support. SolFlare has launched the mobile version its popular dApp enabled wallet. This makes it the first Solana-enabled mobile wallet with all the key Solana features.

Solflare Mobile can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store. It will offer all of the features that are available in both browser extensions and web versions. Solflare Mobile allows Solana users the ability to store, swap, stake and view SOL and SPL tokens as well as NFTs from their smartphone. This eliminates the need to switch between mobile and web wallets.

It is difficult to find mobile wallets that support DeFi or NFTs outside of the. Existing mobile wallets supporting Solana only allowed basic token transfers, which likely slowed down the growth of Solana’s user base. Fully-featured mobile wallets have repeatedly proven to be a key aspect of engagement with crypto ecosystems; for example, at least half of MetaMask’s users are using its recently-released mobile version.

SolFlare is an online digital wallet for Solana that’s non-custodial. Solflare, in its browser-based version is one of the most used digital wallets available for Solana. SolFlare currently serves staking of 22% of the circulating SOL worth more than $16 billion. SolFlare Mobile wallet will offer the unique ability to see, stake, and send NFTs.

SolFlare is a community-built wallet that aims to make it as easy and seamless as the desktop version. It includes all Solana Apps, which are readily accessible with the added flexibility of a mobile application.

SolFlare Mobile, although initially missing all of its features, is set to soon add WalletConnect, a hardware wallet integration, and a native token-swapping feature.
