Pfizer asks FDA to authorize Covid booster shots for all adults

PfizerIt requested Tuesday that the Food and Drug Administration approve booster shots of the Covid-19 vaccine to all Americans over 18 years old. This move would increase the eligibility of those who are eligible for the shots.

Another dose was created in cooperation with the German partner. BioNTechThe FDA has approved the use of saline for older adults and at-risk adults, six months after the completion of their first series.

According to the company, it requested that the authorization be amended by the agency after data proved that an additional dose of medication is safe for all patients.
