U.S. appeals court halts release of Trump documents to House riot probe -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – The U.S. appeals court held a lower court’s decision allowing congressional investigators the right to access records of the White House from former President Donald Trump pertaining to the January 6th attack on U.S. Capitol.

Trump’s attorneys had requested that the U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit put Tuesday’s ruling in limbo while he appeals.
