U.S. SEC disapproves proposed rule to list, trade shares of VanEck bitcoin trust -Breaking

(Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rejected Friday rule changes to allow VanEck’s bitcoin exchange traded fund (ETF) listing and trading.

The Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. submitted a proposal to change the rule in March. It would allow VanEck Trust shares to be listed and traded under BZX Rule.
