BERLIN, (Reuters) – Audi Germany told Reuters that the company is constantly exploring new ways of cooperation after a McLaren Group purchase.

Audi spokesperson said that they are always looking for new cooperation ideas as part of strategic considerations. This was in response to Autocar’s report.

According to the report, a source claimed that Audi has taken control of British sportscar manufacturer.

Autocar stated that the purchase will give Audi’s parent group, Volkswagen (DE:) Group access to Formula One racing.
