WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. President Joe Biden spoke at Monday’s virtual meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, stating that their leaders have a responsibility to make sure that there is no open conflict between the United States and China.

Biden was informed by Xi via videoconference that the two countries are facing multiple problems together, and they must improve communication and cooperation.
