Brazilian broker XP acquires stake in asset manager Vista Capital -Breaking

Vista Capital is an asset management company with 4.5 billion reais under management in equity and hedge funds.
This is XP’s ninth acquisition of an asset manager, since 2020. XP has also been growing its business beyond securities distribution.
