Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The gained 0.1% at the Copenhagen close to reach a record high.

GN Store Nord was among the top performers during the session, rising 2.92% (11.3 points), to trade at 398.6 by the closing. Meanwhile, Novo Nordisk A/S class B (CSE) increased 1.12% or 8.3 to 750.4. Carlsberg a/S B was up 0.633% or 7.0 points to 1119.0 during late trade.

Ambu A/S, CSE: was among the worst-performing sessions. It fell by 3.27% to 184.7. Rockwool International (CSE-) dropped 2.50% or 79% to 3084, while DSV Panalpina A/S(CSE-) decreased 1.34% (or 21.0 points) to 1548.8.

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 99 percent to 55 percent, while 18 ended the same.

Novo Nordisk Class B shares (CSE:), rose to five-year highs, rising 1.12% to 750.4

Crude oil was $0.67 lower at $79.08 per barrel for January delivery, or 0.84%. Brent oil fell 0.40 or 0.49 to $81.65 per barrel in commodity trading. The December Gold Futures contract dropped 0.17%, or 3.25, to $1863.35 an ounce.

USD/DKK was at 6.5548 by 0.21%, and EUR/DKK at 7.4363 by 0.01%.

At 95.718, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.33%.
