AMSTERDAM, (Reuters) – Just Eat Takeaway.com, a food delivery service, has no plans for Grubhub in the United States, its chief executive stated on Wednesday. However, it is looking at strategic partners for the company.

Grubhub was bought by Takeaway in June for $7.3billion. However, investors have been calling to get it out of business due to the competitive pressures at both its core European operations and in America.
