WASHINGTON (Reuters] – A settlement has been reached by the U.S. government with relatives of victims and their families in relation to the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school, Parkland Florida. The amount is approximately $130 millions, according to a source who was familiar with the negotiations.
After the finalization of the settlement, litigation will be resolved to hold FBI responsible for how it handled tips regarding the teenage gunman.
