Cathie Wood — known for her aggressive innovation ETFs — said Ark Invest is internally testing a fund that incorporates short-selling in the major benchmarks.
Wood said that while there are no employees internally at the moment, they’re creating a portfolio. But, it’s really Ark on steroids.” Wood spoke to CNBC. “Squawk Box”This Wednesday
She said, “We’d like to try it out first to make sure everyone is focused on the 5 year future…and not on the daily grind.”
Ark Innovation ETF by Wood, Wood’s flagship funds, has seen a drop of nearly 15% since 2021.
