© Reuters. BERLIN (Reuters). BERLIN (Reuters). Verdi, a German labor union, called Wednesday for employees to go on strike in three locations of Amazon (NASDAQ) Germany. This was part of an international campaign against exploitation by retail companies.
Verdi announced that workers want to strike Amazon’s logistics centers in Rheinberg Koblenz, Graben and Graben (Germany’s largest market, after the United States) on Thursday night.
Further actions were planned for other areas, it said.
