Euro zone lending to companies accelerated in October -Breaking

FRANKFURT, Reuters – In a sign that the bloc is on the right track, banks in the euro area increased their lending rates to businesses last month, and extended credit to householders at a rapid pace.

The European Central Bank data revealed that loans to companies increased by 2.5% in the past year. This is the fastest rate of growth since April. The same rate as last month, loans to households grew by 4.1%.
