UBS says Sarah Youngwood to succeed Kirt Gardner as Group CFO -Breaking

GENEVA (Reuters), UBS announced Wednesday that Sarah Youngwood has been appointed Group Chief Financial officer by the bank. This appointment comes after Kirt Gardner, UBS’s current CFO, resigned.

Youngwood has been Chief Financial Officer of JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:)’s Consumer & Community Banking line of business since 2016, UBS said in a statement. It also stated that she will join UBS’s executive board in March.
