Russia says some U.S. embassy staff must leave in January -Breaking

MOSCOW (Reuters), – Russia’s foreign ministry ordered U.S. embassy personnel who had been living in Moscow for over three years to evacuate Russia by January 31, according to RIA news agency.

This move follows a statement by Russia’s Ambassador to the United States last week, which stated that 27 Russian diplomats were expelled and their families would be leaving the United States on January 30.

Moscow’s U.S. Embassy did not respond immediately.
