Bitcoin tumbles 9.95% to $48,397.56 -Breaking

(Reuters) – At 18:02 GMT Saturday, the price of $48,397.56 dropped 9.5% to $48,397.56, a drop of $5,346.13 compared with its previous close.

Bitcoin, the most well-known and largest cryptocurrency in the world, has fallen 29.9% since Nov. 10, when it was at $69,000.

Ether, the cryptocurrency linked to the Ethereum blockchain network, fell 4.67% to $4.025.67 Saturday. It also lost $197.13 since its last close.
