Deutsche Post CEO to be given contract extension, sources say -Breaking

DUESSELDORF – Deutsche Post (OTC): Chief Executive Frank Appel will likely have his contract renewed, according to two sources close to the situation. They also said that Wednesday would be the meeting of the supervisor board.

Deutsche Post refused to comment.

Sources have told Reuters that Appel’s contract runs out in 2022 and he is favored to be the next chairman of Deutsche Telekom’s supervisory board (OTC).
