Israeli researchers reported that they have found that three shots of the Pfizer–BioNTechThe new Omicron variant was protected by the Covid-19 vaccine.

These were the findings similar to those presented by BioNTech and PfizerBoosters shots were recommended earlier in the week as a way to prevent infection by the new variant.

Sheba Medical Center, the Health Ministry’s Central Virology Laboratory, compared 20 patients who had been given two doses of vaccine 5-6 month prior to the same amount of people who were given a booster a few months before.
