UK antitrust regulator looks into Microsoft’s $16 billion Nuance deal -Breaking

Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:) $16 Billion purchase by Artificial Intelligence and Speech Technology firm Nuance Communications (NASDAQ:) Inc.
According to the Competition and Markets Authority, it is evaluating whether or not the agreement will result in less competition on the UK market. It stated that interested parties can comment on the agreement until January 10, 2010.
