  • Pfizer Stock rose 1.2% at (NYSE:) BioNTechStock rose 3.9% in NASDAQ after an Israeli study revealed that the Covid-19 booster vaccine provides excellent protection against serious illness caused by Omicron variant. Pfizer has also agreed to  acquire Arena Pharmaceuticals(NASDAQ) in an all-cash $6.7 billion deal to increase its treatment of cancer and other inflammatory conditions. Over 90% of Arena shares rose.

  • Harley-Davidson (NYSE:) stock rose 10% after the iconic motorcycle maker announced it’s merging its “Livewire” electric motorcycle unit with a special purpose acquisition company. Livewire, which will be listed on the NYSE with a value estimated at $1.8 billion, will trade in an Enterprise Value of approximately $1.8 Billion.

  • IntelStock rose 0.3% following local authorities indicating that the chip maker is planning to invest more than $7.1 billion into a state-of-the art facility in Malaysia.

  • Credit Suisse (SIX): The stock gained 0.3% following the restructuring of its executive committee by Swiss bank giant SIX. This was in an effort to recover from a year that saw it be stricken by losses and controversies.

  • Lucid (NASDAQ:) stock rose 6.6% after the luxury EV-maker said the $1.75-billion debt paper it is raising will be convertible at a 50% premium to its December 9 share price, pricing more tightly than expected pointing to lenders’ confidence in the company’s long term future.

  • Microsoft (NASDAQ:) stock rose 0.1% following a Reuters report stating that the U.K. antitrust regulator will look into the company’s $16-billion purchase of artificial intelligence and speech technology firm Nuance Communications (NASDAQ:).

  • AppleThe stock of (NASDAQ:) rose 1.2% as JPMorgan increased its price target to $180 for iPhone maker JPMorgan, the highest Wall Street firm, and raised it to $210 ($20). This was in response the expected launch of the 5G iPhone SE.
  • Coca-Cola (NYSE:) stock rose 1.2% after JPMorgan (NYSE:) upgraded its stance on the soft drinks giant to ‘overweight’ from ‘neutral’, saying reopenings and higher prices will boost its revenue going into 2022.

  • Bristol-Myers SquibbThe stock of (NYSE:) rose 1.9% following the announcement by pharmaceutical giant, GlaxoSmithKline, that it would increase its quarterly dividend by 10% and add $15 billion to its share-buyback authorization.

  • QualcommStock rose 1.6% on the news that JPMorgan had named Chip Manufacturer as one of their top choices for 2022.
