Rostin Behrnam was nominated by the Congress to replace the acting Chairperson of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
On Wednesday evening, Senate members voice a vote. Approuvé President Joe Biden’s pick to lead the CFTC. Behnam, who has been acting as chair after Heath Tarbert’s resignation in January 2017, serves as both a commissioner and an interim chair.
