Newzoo predicted that the esports industry will bring in $1.8 billion annually by 2022 at present growth rates. This latest report confirms the rapid growth of mobile esports, particularly in countries like Brazil, India and Southeast Asia. It has certainly contributed to the increase in net worth and valuation of esports. This is especially important because it links to another significant area for growth, the mobile competition gaming market. According to current estimates, this market could reach $1.5 billion in 2025.
