White House says action on legislative agenda is urgently needed -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters] Despite Joe Manchin’s rejection of the $1.75 trillion Build Back Better Plan, U.S. President Joe Biden remains on friendly terms with Joe Manchin, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday to reporters.

Psaki indicated that Biden needs to act immediately on his legislative agenda. Psaki said that she wouldn’t “relitigate” Manchin’s Sunday opposition announcement and the subsequent statements, which were harshly critical of Manchin.
