“Results were driven by growth in employees within our client base and continued strong sales growth and client retention,” Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Martin Mucci said in a release.
Mucci indicated that the market for talent management services, such as HR advice and package packages to meet their needs continues to grow. Mucci said that the automated tool was recently launched by the company to allow businesses to store and track employee vaccine statuses and to communicate on an ongoing basis with employees. This is an example of how they are adapting to today’s “complicated” environment.
