Reckitt to sell E45 skincare brand to Karo Pharma for $268 million -Breaking

(Reuters) –Reckitt Benckiser announced Friday that it would sell the E45 skin care brand and sub-brands of Karo Pharma to Karo for 200million pounds ($267.98million). This is as the British consumer goods manufacturer shifts its attention to areas with higher growth.

Durex Condom manufacturer and Lysol disinfectant producer said that the companies generated combined revenues of 43 Million Pounds last year.
