Dutch regulator says Apple’s App Store broke competition laws -Breaking

AMSTERDAM, (Reuters) – The Netherlands’ top competition regulator ruled that Apple Inc (NASDAQ 🙂 violated competition laws. According to a Friday decision unsealed by the media, Apple Inc ordered modifications to its App Store payment policies.

If the company fails to conform, it could face a maximum fine of 50 million Euros ($56.6 Million). A statement from ACM, the Dutch regulator said that it was allowed to make changes until January 15.
